Mindfulness is a lifelong practice that can drastically improve your mental wellbeing. In these difficult times, it can be hard to prioritise your mental health. That's why we have put together a selection of workshops to guide you and your colleagues on your wellness journey. Great for Lunch & Learns, we use scientific evidence to explore topics surrounding mental health and help create a positive culture in your office. Alongside mindfulness, these topics are wide ranging. Learn about de-escalating conflict, how to thrive under pressure, thriving during lockdown, and physical health in the workplace. You can also learn about stress and anxiety, how mental health affects different genders, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and creating a work/life balance.
